This is 12 sessions of deep, one-to-one work taken at a pace that's right for you, usually within six months.
What happens in each session depends entirely on where you are when we meet, and in relation to where we know you’re heading.
We might include energy or somatic work. We might bring through an intuitive reading. Sometimes it will look more like a tough-love coaching conversation, where something gets named and things shift.
Often, it's all of those things woven together, because you’re a soul in a body, having a human experience. It's not linear, and neither are you.
I spent over 25 years in the NHS and charity sector learning how to hold space when the stakes are high. I also work with earth medicine, shamanic practice, ritual, and energy healing. Those things aren't separate and that matters, because it means you're held properly. Not just held with ‘good intentions’.
I won't tell you what to do, because you don’t need that. What I will do is meet you where you are, help you see yourself clearly, and hold space that helps you arrive at exactly where you're meant to be.
You do the work. I walk alongside.
You've reached a point where pushing harder clearly isn't the answer, but you don't know what is.
You're tired of being told to just think positive, just let go, just manifest, without anyone acknowledging how hard that actually is (or understanding they’re gaslighting your very real thoughts and emotions along the way).
