The decision you've been going round in circles with for two weeks. Or the grief that showed up out of nowhere on a Sunday and hasn't shifted by Wednesday.
These things crop up all the time when we’re humans having a life. And having somewhere to put them, someone to process with so you can actually hear yourself clearly, changes everything about how you move with them.
That's what SoulFlow is for.
We start with a 60 minute Zoom so I can properly understand where you are, what you're carrying, and where you're heading. After that, you've got access to me via WhatsApp (voice notes and messaging) for the moments in between. I respond to what's actually happening for you in real time.
What we do depends on what you need.
Sometimes that's practical, a decision unpicked, a conversation prepared for, something looked at from a different angle. Sometimes it goes deeper, something held, something that needed acknowledging before you could continue forward. Often it's both, because the practical and the deeper stuff are rarely separate.

A minimum of 3 months, because by then you’re in the flow of it and the support is already integrating.
After that, you continue for as long as it’s helpful. All I ask is one month’s notice so we can close properly.
A small note: most of the best conversations I have start with "can I just run something past you?"
