Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is leave your ordinary life behind for a little while. Not so you escape and pretend real life doesn't exist, but to finally have enough stillness to hear yourself again.
The retreats I hold create that space, and what tends to happen inside them is hard to fully articulate. What happens is folk arrive feeling one way and leave feeling another.
