As a human who runs a business I am committed to ensuring that I, and the business, provide an inclusive, accessible and safe space for all regardless of diversity, need, gender identity, sexuality, faith or ethnicity.
There is no place within my spaces where bullying, harassment or discrimination is tolerated.
I work to foster an environment of openness, compassion and care so that we all get to learn and grow together.
We all deserve to do well, to be seen, to be heard and to be loved. This is the foundation of everything I am and of what I offer and share with others.

This business is built from lived experience - we know the transformative power of being fully accepted, celebrated and supported.
Because of that, we continually strive to place equity, diversity, accessibility and inclusion at the heart of our work. We know there’s no one-size-fits-all approach, so we commit to:
● Listening deeply and welcoming feedback.
● Continually reviewing and adapting our practices to meet diverse needs.
● Designing services and spaces that reduce barriers and increase participation.
● Championing a culture of active allyship and accountability.
We believe inclusion is not a static policy, it’s a living practice. It requires constant awareness, openness and willingness to change.
We believe that every human deserves to feel valued, safe and to be celebrated for who they are.
We create support, services, and spaces that honour you as an individual human being, with your own unique lived experiences, desires and needs, your own passions and purposes, and your own magic to share with the world.
We continuously strive to embody an open culture of acceptance, allyship, and authentic connection in all that we do. We will ask who you are and what you need, so you know that the truest expression of your authentic self is welcome.
We also recognise there is always more work to do. We are committed to ongoing learning and to updating our services, practices, language, and spaces as we evolve.
We are a soul-led business that strongly values diversity. We welcome ALL souls, irrespective of gender identity or expression, background, identity, disability, age, culture, needs or faith.
We hold a zero-tolerance position on hate, prejudice, harassment, or discrimination of any kind, and we will actively challenge any disruption of safety in our spaces.
We recognise that we can always learn more and do better. We actively welcome feedback and questions, and we want to hear your experiences and suggestions around our equity, diversity, accessibility and inclusion practices and policies.
