Something magical happens when you step away from everything familiar

Sacred Soul Retreats have a very particular feel to them:

On purpose.

They’re small, intentionally.

They’re spaces where people come back to themselves.

That’s it.

Sacred Soul Retreats are not about fixing you. If that’s what you’re looking for, it’s not this.

There’s no moment where I stand at the front and give you the answer to your life. Because that would be all the way back to front.

I am not your guru – you are.

What happens instead is… we create the conditions where you can actually hear yourself again. Where you learn to honour what you know. And where you get to decide what you want to do with that knowing.

Most of the folk who come here are so used to overriding their own wisdom, that when it comes back online, it can feel a bit… confronting.

And very, very beautiful. It’s most definitely that.

The truth is really simple - you already know a lot of what you’re trying to come here to figure out. But you might not dare to fully acknowledge it. You can usually sense it in your soul before your head catches up. And then, often on retreat, there’s this slightly awkward bit where you realise you can’t pretend you didn’t hear it.

Sacred Soul Retreats are the space in which you get to pause and breathe, to meet yourself fully, and to be held, nurtured and supported to love what you find there, unconditionally.

“This retreat has once again delivered what I didn't know I needed, and what I knew it would."

This retreat is for you if...

The words "find some CLARITY" written in chalk pen on a window, with warm golden sunrise light and clouds visible through the glass

You know you need some space, and that it needs to be away from your typical situation - properly away, for more than just a minute. Space that's just yours, for once.

You might be feeling like you're running on empty, or that you’re at a crossroads. You likely feel something needs to shift, but you might not be able to name what just yet. Probably, even the vague thought of some dedicated time away brings a sigh of relief.

A white sage smudge stick resting in a small glass jar on a surface, with a lit candle and a glass bowl of flowers softly out of focus in the background, a thin wisp of smoke rising from the sage

And maybe you've been on retreat before, and you already understand that this kind of space is essential, something you come back to because you know what it gives you.

What everyone who comes has in common is this: you're open. Open to looking inward, to sitting with what's there, to the possibility that there's more to know about yourself than you currently do.

Three people silhouetted against a dramatic sunset over the sea and mountains during an Ali Knight retreat, the sky glowing orange and gold on the horizon with soft clouds above

You're open to ceremony and ritual, even if you've never experienced it before. You feel drawn to spirituality, or you're just starting to feel that pull and you're not quite sure what to make of it yet.

That's enough. More than enough. The rest unfolds when you get here.

"This, my first ever retreat, has been magical, safe, warm and loving. Your energy heals and grounds at each stage of the journey."

Here's what happens on Retreat

We spend three days together in one of the most quietly extraordinary places I've ever set foot in – Rhoscolyn, on Anglesey.

Space and landscapes that make you breathe deeply the minute you arrive, a house that feels like it was made for exactly this kind of work, and a natural energy that you just can’t fail to tap into.

And in that space, we go inward.

We’ll sit in circle. We’ll connect - slowly, carefully, respectfully, with everything we’ve got.

There’s ritual and ceremony and at some point you’ll probably be outside picking things up off the ground thinking “I did not see this being part of my weekend” and then five minutes later, you’re completely into it.

This is a weekend of deeply honest self-connection, self-compassion, and self-love (and if that gives you the ick, then you know what I’m going to say… this is absolutely the place you need to bring yourself to).

We'll look at the stories you've been entertaining - where they came from, whether they were ever actually yours, and what might be possible if you weren't so attached to them. We'll immerse ourselves in ceremony and rituals that, even if new to you, tends to reach parts of people that conversation alone can't quite access.

We'll move, we'll walk, we'll eat incredible food together, and there will be more than enough space to just rest. Someone will cry. Someone will laugh at something completely inappropriate. There'll be lots of hugs if you want them. It’ll be both deep and and light, all at the same time.

By the Sunday evening, you might find yourself feeling quiet, in a settled and contented way. Like something has been put down that you’d forgotten you were carrying. By the time you’re ready to travel home on Monday** you’ll be feeling committed to the different ways in which you’ll be showing up – for yourself, and for your work and your people.

**I’m just kidding, literally no one wants to actually leave

"I've trusted you and all aspects of the retreat and feel physically, emotionally and spiritually lifted."

What you'll walk away with:

Every. Damn. Time…. folk leave looking different than when they arrived. Lighter in energy. Clearer. More ‘them’.

You will have the experience of being fully seen, heard and held, without having to earn it or justify yourself first.

You will know so much more about who you are and what you want. With a certainty that’s new, and that’s really bloody compelling.

You’ll have deepened your self-trust, which literally changes everything. You’ll walk differently, talk differently, have a deeper respect for the incredible human you are.

You will have strengthened your relationship with your own inner wisdom, and this will continue to guide you after you leave.

And you’ll also have new friends - who you’ll feel like you’ve known forever (even though you only met on Friday).

One thing is for absolute certain… in all the years I've been running these retreats, I have never once seen someone leave the same way they arrived.

"After sharing my world and being with the other guests, I came away feeling refreshed, lighter and ready to make changes within my life. Your support Ali, and the friendships formed, are more than I could have hoped for."

The Shape of the Retreat

(Tailored to the group; no two retreats are ever identical)

Day 1 - Arrive & Settle From 5pm. Welcome snacks, settling in, dinner, opening circle. The first evening is gentle and there's no rush. You’re encouraged to just land.

Day 2 - Reflect & Release Morning meditation and movement, circle sessions, guided walk, free time, fire ceremony. This is where we start to go deeper.

Day 3 - Create & Alchemise Morning meditation and movement, circle sessions, guided walk, free time, celebration dinner, closing circle. This is the day things begin to integrate.

Day 4 - Root & Return Morning meditation, breakfast, farewells, and departures at 9.30am. Leaving slowly and intentionally matters. We won’t just boot you out the door.

The Venue

The spiritual home of Sacred Soul Retreats is Rhoscolyn, Anglesey.

I should tell you that no matter where I've travelled in the world, this place is my favourite.

It's home in the way that some places just are, in your bones. My family has been coming here for generations and my parents moved here over 25 years ago. So when I tell you there's something special about this place, I mean it in the most personal of ways.

I've held retreats at Cil y Gwynt since 2020. It's spacious, super comfortable, and has views that genuinely stop you in your tracks. There's an energy here that lends itself perfectly to the work we do together. Eight bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom - you can choose to share or have a room entirely to yourself - and loads of places to gather together or in solitude, depending on what you need.

Rhoscolyn itself is a tiny, quiet coastal village, the kind of place that barely makes a sound. The beach is a 7 minute walk away (if you can be bothered to leave the balcony or hot tub), and the headland about the same. Here there is just space, sky, sea and the sense that time slows right down the second you arrive.

There's a particular kind of shift that happens when you leave your usual environment and head somewhere this still, peaceful and natural.

Things shift here that wouldn't shift anywhere else.

"Before I went on retreat I didn't really know what to expect. By the time the weekend was over I felt ten times lighter and ready to face the world."

Your Investment

Shared room: £888 per person | Solo occupancy: £1188 per person

This covers everything. Your accommodation, all meals, snacks and drinks throughout, and every circle, ceremony, ritual and guided experience across the four days. You arrive and you're taken care of - that's the intention.

A payment plan option is available, and the price is exactly the same whether you pay in full or spread it across six months. I don't believe in charging people more for choosing to pay in instalments.

Travel to and from Rhoscolyn, and trip insurance, are the only things you'll need to sort separately. Car sharing is often something that develops naturally through our retreat Whatsapp group, or the nearest train station is just a few miles away.

"The love and safety that exudes from you is palpable and contagious."

A promise:

You will be held. Properly held. I'll bring everything I have to our space, because I genuinely don't know how to do it any other way. And I believe whole humans need other whole humans alongside them.

You'll be encouraged to go at your own pace. Everything is optional. Part of what we're working with here is learning to trust yourself fully, and that starts with giving yourself permission to do this retreat your own way.

And if something comes up that's uncomfortable? Good. That's usually where the useful stuff lives. You won't be pushed further than you can go, but you may be gently, lovingly, compassionately invited to go a little further than you thought you could.

Because that's exactly where healing and growth happens.

A group of people of mixed ethnicities gathered around a coffee table during an Ali Knight retreat, arranging foliage, dried flowers and a candle into a nature-based centrepiece, with others sitting cross-legged on the floor in a bright, relaxed living room space behind them

"I have felt safe, grounded, looked after and loved."

Still sitting with it?

If you're curious but not yet certain, come and have a conversation.

Book a free call and we'll talk it through.

I don't do sales pitches, they give me the ick...

But I will help you work out if this is right for you - or not.

I'm nervous about coming on my own... Help!

We get it! It can feel nerve-wracking when you book to come on retreat and don't know anyone else who's attending.

First thing to say is that we deliberately keep our retreat groups small and intimate so there are no big crowds to integrate into.

Ali's mission from the minute you arrive is to make sure you feel welcome, comfortable and get to know the other guests with no awkwardness or anxious moments.

We chat as a group before arrival day too, so you can begin to get to know everyone even before you meet them in person. We also gather in circle on our first evening together so we get to connect in from the get-go.

All of our retreats so far have resulted in meaningful and lasting friendships and connections. You arrive as relative strangers and leave feeling as though you've known these people your whole life!

Can I spread my payments?

Yes!

Payment plans are standard for all of our retreats. Please do ask us directly if you wish to discuss any different payment options

Just email ali@aliknightcoaching.com

What do I need to pack?

We encourage all guests to take the opportunity to kick back and relax throughout the retreat.

This means packing clothing and items that bring you comfort and joy!

Generally speaking, you'll need comfy clothes, layers for being outside, and suitable walking shoes or boots.

We always send out a detailed suggested packing list two weeks before the retreat start date, and no 'specialist' equipment is necessary.

Can I attend with a friend or partner?

Of course you can!

In some of our venues it's possible to share a room at a reduced rate cost - just ask if you're interested in this option

Email ali@aliknightcoaching.com to tell us this is what you'd like

Do you cater for all dietary requirements?

We absolutely do!

Most of our retreats are catered by our incredible nutritionist private chef who is always ready to accommodate specific dietary requirements and any allergies or intolerances guests may have.

We ask for full information about your dietary needs and preferences ahead of retreat so we can be fully equipped to care for you in the way you need.

My question Isn't listed - how can i ask something else?

We love to hear your questions!

Simply email ali@aliknightcoaching.com with any questions big or small
